Marine Plywood
Marine Plywood is a premium quality plywood made of selected wood species based on density, impact resistance, bending strength and has solid surface face veneers free from open imperfections. Ideal for boat building and construction where there is a high moisture content.

Light Weight Gaboon (Okoume) Marine Plywood
Nicma Gaboon Marine Plywood is manufactured to BS 1088 standards, the internationally recognised marine specification using a WBP ‘A’ bond Glue line.
The plywood is constructed using Gaboon Veneers throughout and is used in areas where weight is a major factor. There is significant weight saving over regular marine plywood of approximately 25%.

Exterior Plywood
Exterior Plywood is manufactured and in most cases intended for use in non-structural, exterior applications where a high quality aesthetic finish is required. Bruynzeel stocks Hoop Pine and Fijian Cedar in this category.

Jumbo Size Exterior Plywood
A quality exterior grade hardwood plywood specifically manufactured for jobs that require a larger than normal sheet size.
Faced with mixed veneers suitable for a paint finish, the sheets at times lend themselves to a clear or stain finish.

Formwork Plywood
Formply is made of a high density overlay (HDG) phenolic resin impregnated paper bonded to plywood. The overlay helps project the face veneer and provides a sound surface for poured concrete.
It is manufactured to Australian Standards.

Reduced Slip Plywood
Imported plywood usually with a hardwood core that is coated with a high density overlay resin impregnated textured finish (one side) that provides an ideal reduced slip surface.

T&G Structural Plywood flooring
Used in both residential and commercial developments as a strong and durable flooring. Available in a range of thicknesses, for structural and non structural applications. It has a machined groove along its edges with a single plastic tongue to form a tongue and groove joint between sheets. Manufactured to AS/NZ 2269 Standards

Shadowclad
Shadowclad is full exterior structural plywood that can be used as all in one decorative cladding and Bracing material. Available Primed or Un-primed (natural) Grooved or Un-grooved, it comes in a textured finish and is preservative treated to provide long term protection from decay.

Wall and Ceiling Panels
Bruynzeel can supply a Hoop Pine Plywood with V’Grooves running down the length of the sheets that gives the effect similar to V’Jointed lining boards. The sheets come in a natural state and can be painted or stained.
The sheets are manufactured using a marine glue and can be used in areas that a subject to moisture.
